A Profitable Investment

I have come to realize that no matter how old we become, we all have opportunities to invest in ourselves.

I invest in my marriage by spending time everyday loving and serving Dave. I invest in my children by keeping in touch, listening, and helping where I can. I invest in my grandchildren by spending time with them, even if it is reading stories over FaceTime.

I invest in my health by exercising in some way every day and eating a fairly healthy diet.

I invest spiritually by reading, praying, and listening.

I invest in my brain by learning and applying what I learn.

And I invest in my emotional health by coaching and being coached.
